Our decorative candles are made for both display and use - so when you’re ready to light them, please do so with care.

• Trim the wick: Before each burn, trim the wick to around 5mm to ensure a clean, even burn and to help prevent soot or smoking.
• Trim the wooden stick: If your candle is part of a flower box arrangement, always snap off the wooden stick as close to the candle base as possible before lighting it.
  
• Never burn inside the flower box: The arrangement is designed for display only. Always remove the candle from the box and place it on a heat-resistant surface before burning.
  
• Keep away from flammable items: Ensure your candle is positioned away from flowers, fabric, paper, or other materials that may catch fire.
  
• Burn safely: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets, and avoid drafts to ensure an even burn.
  
• Let it cool: Allow the candle to fully cool before moving it.

• Keep out of direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure can cause fading or discolouration.
  
• Avoid humidity: Preserved flowers prefer a dry environment. Keep them away from bathrooms, kitchens, or damp spaces.
  
• No water needed: Preserved flowers don’t require watering! Adding moisture can cause them to wilt or mould.
  
• Handle gently: The petals and stems can be delicate. Try to avoid frequent handling or repositioning.
  
• Keep indoors: These blooms are designed for indoor display only.
