Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery Monday to Saturday for orders placed before 11 AM. After that, your order will be delivered the next day, or on your selected date!
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date using our date picker at checkout.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
No worries! You can specify a preferred safe drop location at checkout (e.g., “Leave at front door” or “Leave by mailbox”). If no one’s home, the courier will leave the parcel safely and send you an image for confirmation.
Do you accept bulk or custom orders?
Yes, we’re open to bulk orders for events, gifting, or special occasions. If you’re interested in placing a large order or have specific requirements, please reach out to us at hello@foreustudio.com or send a message via Instagram — we’d love to hear from you!
Why do some dates appear greyed out on the calendar?
If a date is greyed out on the calendar, it may be because:
- Order cut-off: You’ve missed our 11AM cut-off time. The calendar will automatically show the next available date.
- Processing time: We need time to prepare and dispatch your order, depending on whether it’s overnight or same-day delivery.
- Availability: We’ve sold out of boxes for that date. The calendar will default to the next available delivery day.
💐 Flower Arrangement & Care
How long do FOREU flower arrangements last?
Our preserved flower arrangements are designed to last for months — even years with the right care. Each piece is made from real flowers that have been naturally preserved to maintain their colour and softness over time.
How big are the boxes?
Our standard boxes measure 24cm (H) x 16cm (W) x 16cm (D).
For larger arrangements, please email us at hello@foreustudio.com — we’re happy to discuss custom options to accommodate your request.
Do preserved flowers need water?
No — please don’t water them! Adding water can damage the preserved blooms and shorten their lifespan.
Where should I display my arrangement?
Place your arrangement in a cool, dry spot, away from:
- Direct sunlight ☀️ (which can cause colours to fade)
- Humidity or moisture (like bathrooms or kitchens)
- Air conditioners or heaters (which can make flowers brittle)
Will the colours fade over time?
Slight fading is natural over time — especially with coloured preserved flowers. To help preserve their vibrancy:
- Keep them out of direct sunlight
- Avoid touching the petals too often
- Store them in a stable indoor environment
Are preserved flowers safe around pets?
Preserved flowers are generally non-toxic but not meant to be eaten. We recommend keeping arrangements out of reach of pets for safety.
🕯 Candle Care
What are FOREU candles made from?
Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax and lead-free cotton wicks, hand-poured in small batches. Each one is beautifully scented and designed to complement your preserved flower arrangement.
How long can I burn my candle at a time?
We recommend burning your candle for no more than 2 hours at a time. This keeps the wax from overheating and ensures an even, clean burn.
How do I trim the wick?
Before each burn, trim your wick to about 5mm with sharp scissors or a wick trimmer. A shorter wick prevents smoke, soot, and uneven burning, helping your candle last longer!
Why is my candle flickering or smoking?
This can happen if the wick is too long or if there’s a draft nearby. Blow out the candle, trim the wick, and relight it away from fans, windows, or air vents.
‼️ Important Safety Note
Please do not burn candles while they are still inside your flower arrangement.
Before lighting:
- Gently remove the candle from the arrangement.
- Snap off the small wooden stick attached to the base.
- Place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface before burning.
Because these are decorative candles, it’s completely normal for the wax to melt and spill over as it burns. If this happens, let the wax cool and dry completely — it will lift or scrape off easily once hardened.
