At FOREU Studio, we take care to ensure your gifts arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders.

1. Shipping Areas
- Flower gift boxes: Sydney-wide delivery only.
- Soy Peony candle boxes: Available Australia-wide.

2. Order Processing Time (Australia-wide deliveries only)
- Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order size, and delivery options selected.

3. Delivery Dates
- You can choose a preferred delivery date using the date picker at checkout.
- Some dates may be unavailable due to:
- Order cut-off times (11AM)
- Processing requirements for same-day or overnight deliveries
- Limited availability of boxes or arrangements
The calendar will automatically show the next available date if your preferred date is unavailable.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Same Day or Next Day Local Shipping (Sydney only): 1 business day, or as specified by the chosen delivery date.
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (metro), 5–10 business days (regional).
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (additional cost applies).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

5. Safe Delivery Instructions
- You can specify a safe drop location at checkout (e.g., “Leave at front door” or “Leave by mailbox”).
- If no one is home, the courier will leave the parcel safely and send you an image confirmation.
- All parcels are clearly marked as “non-perishable gifts” for safe handling.

6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is ready for delivery, we will send you an email confirming it is on its way.
- Once the parcel has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please email hello@foreustudio.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
- We cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
